Great price ,fast delivery, these compatible cartridges work fine with my brother printer, easy transaction.

I have used Printerinks for many years & have always been completely happy & satisfied with my purchases. Their products are a good price & the offers are good too.

We needed a product on urgent delivery and paid for next day shipping, 2 weeks later and the has not even been shipped yet!! Do not use unless you are in no rush.

Quick and easy ordering. Delivery for part of the order was quite quick. Had to contact them to discuss delivery of second parcel. Person on the online chat was really helpful. Product received was exactly as described.

Have used this company many times over the years. Their prices are very good, so much cheaper than branded inks. The delivery is always prompt.

Items were easily ordered and arrived on time. Package still to be opened so no comment on the contents just yet.

Toner did not arrive when advised. First attempted delivery was out of office hours and still waiting for cable for lamp.

had email stating order had been dispatched, then another email stating it hasnot, as product is out of stock.
There was multipleitems on order an i would expect a part-order delivery until the out of stock item is available, but NOTHING.

We still await this order.

Everything went to order and as expected, from ordering right through to delivery and packaging. all that is left is to hope the inks operate/ perform correctly and without any leakages or faults (which, if past performances are anything to go by) should be -Fine.

Ordering was easy and you get a bag too send your old cartridges back,they arrived earlier then I thought would recommend. Thanks

For the second time, I have tried ordering photo paper and two cartridges from this company on Monday of last week. By Friday I hadn't even received a dispatch notification so queried it to be told the paper was out of stock so nothing had been dispatched and new stock of the paper was expected for 10th Feb. The exact same thing happened last time I attempted to use this company. If their customer service was as good as they claim they would (a) have prevented me from ordering the paper at the time or (b) sent me a notification to let me know. No courtesy or customer service at all, despite what thy claim. Never again will I deal with this shower. Instead I ordered on Friday pm from a well known global company and the whole order arrived at 8.30 on Monday morning. Printerinks don't seem to know or care that they are up against this level of service.

I have been getting my cartridges from Printerinks for a considerable time and have found the product faultless and the service and delivery without fault. I do though seem to miss out on offers for some reason or other.

I needed a Maintenance Box for my printer and rang Ptinterinks to enquire if they had one. lady engaged me in an online conversation which resulted in an order being placed for this item, the order being sent to me the same morning, paid for and the item delivered within a couple of days. Well done, Printerinks!

Paid for next day delivery, one of four cartridge turned up, had to source from a more reliable company . i contacted Printer inks 3 times now to request a refund as I'm owned over £300 pounds !!!! they keep telling me they will resolve the issue and refund me but still conformation. i would pay a bit more and go with a company who will deliver the product, as im not £300 out of pocket .
